  I've been here several times... An hour before closing... as well as an hour after opening. No one was there... They don't answer the phone, I've had my order messed up a couple times, as well as call in for delivery and been told "their driver is out for the weekend." I've never felt the need to write a negative review before. Honestly there's potential here, though as of right now the service feels unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend it.

  While I may be letting my San Francisco boba snobbery show, but my daughter and I were a wee bit surprised that there is a boba place in Half Moon Bay.
  
  Yes, we are smug.
  
  In any case, we were thrilled to see this place and immediately made a late night dash to check it out. Boba Dude is legit. The space is bright and open, the boba is good -- not great -- and the food is pretty decent to good.
  
  It does seem like it's a bit disorganized -- we ordered something and were told that the recipe was not perfected yet -- but in a charming and earnest way. I can't wait to see what it is like as it gets a little more solid.
  
  All-in-all, we will def be back.
