  Empowered Fitness combines inventive, fun yet safe work outs with an upbeat and positive atmosphere that has kept me coming back for almost 2 years. Diana and her trainers take the time to find out what every client needs to get the most out of their workout, including injury and fitness level modifications so that everyone meets their fitness goals. I like so many aspects of Empowered Fitness, but it always comes down to the people and the vibe. Diana and her trainers have developed a place where people feel inspired, challenged and engaged through constantly varying work outs, humor, warmth and incredibly positive attitudes- and it tends to attract equally positive folks. Try it for a couple weeks and you'll be hooked too!
